Overview
Be the last player left after all others are eliminated
Turn
On your turn, you can play no cards or as many as you wish
After which, draw 1 new card, if this is an Exploding Card and you cannot counter it in any way, you are out!
If you Play two cards of the same name, you can take a random card from someone else
If you Play three cards of the same name, you can ask for a particular card, but get nothing if that player does not have it
